Green Summer Smoothie

3 cups Spinach
1/2 cucumber
1 cup Almond milk
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Moringa Leaf powder
2 dates

For decoration:

1 tsp Cacao
Chucks of Mango
Few Almonds
1 tsp hemp seeds


Avocado-Rich in fatty acids and helps to repair skin from the internal. 

Moringa-Contains 18 different amino acids. Moringa Also acts as an anti-inflammatory.

Almond milk - Traditionally dairy is highly inflammatory, which means it will aggravate acne, wrinkles, and rashes, almond milk is the best alternative.

Chai Seeds- Promotes glory skin. fatty acids also reduce inflammation and dryness, and increase circulation:

Beauty Detox (beet) Smoothie

2 cup beet
1 cup kale
1 apple
2 carrots
2 celery
1 tbsp ginger
1 cup coconut water

And topped it with strawberry, blueberry, granola, and pumpkin seeds


Beets-  Powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and detoxification properties helps premature age . 

Apples - Malic acid promotes firm, youthful skin.


Kale- It’s one of the best sources of lutein and zeaxanthin, nutrients that absorb and neutralize the free radicals created by UV light.

Coconut water - Restores lost moisture in the body and the skin. Gives The a skin brighter and less dull appearance.

Tropical Mango Smoothie

1 cup mango
1/2 banana (in the smoothie)
1/2 pineapple
1 tbsp Maca powder
1 cup Almond Milk


Mango -  Alkalizes the whole body and clears skin complexion.

Bananas - Potassium moisturizes and hydrates.

Maca - Helps strengthen the elasticity in skin as well as prevents aging.
