Love, beauty, and luxury! May and the Taurus season both bring with them an overpowering sense of nurturing. The fact that Mother's Day falls in this month is not at all unexpected. The time is now to take care of yourself. This month, you might discover that you're putting a lot more emphasis on pampering yourself and setting aside time for activities that will make you feel good both inside and out. A wonderful place to start is by cooking your favorite foods and setting aside time to savor them without being distracted. allowing time for some solitary activities. such as scheduling a date with yourself. Finding your personal definition of what luxury means to you is another aspect of self-care. Happiness is an indulgence. Little things you do to feel nice Amplify those little moments with yourself and make them memorable, whether you're taking a stroll or going to the gym, making tea for yourself or packing a lunch for yourself. It’s time to bask in elevating those routines. My daily regimen naturally includes journaling, walking, and meditation. I make an effort to make those times as opulent as possible for myself. Because of my line of work, performing my gel manicures at home has become my newest obsession. I frequently take pictures and use my hands a lot, therefore I've noticed that on my most recent salon trips, I didn't receive the right amount of treatment and care. I'm not a manicurist by any means, but choosing to switch for myself has allowed me to give myself a low-pressure time of pampering at home. I arrange my station, light a candle, make a smoothie or cocktail for myself, and take some time to myself. I now eagerly anticipate this aspect of my regimen as a result of this. My Fridays and Sundays are very meaningful to me because I set aside time to organize my environment, choose my priorities for the next week, and spend time connecting with myself. Usually, I begin my day by journaling in the morning before doing any formal stretching I want. I next make a trip to the grocery store to get a Reiki candle and any flowers I feel pulled to. Think about my area. After that, I go home, clean up my area, lay down some crisp white sheets, and finish the night with a deep skin care routine.
